easy didn't do this....

Have decided that for a bit I will attempt to reintegrate white jeans back into my life.   For want of not being known as easy did it - easy does it!  As long as you leave the open-toe stilettos on the shelf (or in the bin) and keep the top half relatively androgynous there is no reason you can't pull out your circa 1999 white denim and make it work for you.   At this precise moment on the time-space continuum I'm a total pattern spazz.  My new found love of color & conflict has given me license to unleash my closet mental.  When asked if he liked my outfit my significant other only smiled & later told me he liked my eye make-up (not pictured).

sheer shirts & patterned pants

Can't seem to tear them from my bod.  Definitely a reoccurring theme in my wardrobe of late.

It's not often you open your front door and find some sexy new thing perched on your doorstep just begging to be let inside.  Okay they weren't begging, but they were pretty keen (I could tell by the way they fitted my feet perfectly).

This is also officially my first self-loving post  - well actually it's not  about me it's the shoes (k it's about me but only a little bit).   As you can see,  I'm not  smiling but I'm actually incredibly happy.  Mostly because who can be arsed sending back shoes that don't fit when you've only waited three months for their arrival.  Worth the wait.... absolutely!

I thought I'd update with a few close-ups of other everyday essentials - the little things I love but the camera never ceases to neglect.   I've had my casio calculator watch for some time now,  such a sweet $60 investment.  This is of course before it became trendy to be a maths geek.  I've lost count of the amount of times people have asked me "does it actually work" & my answer always is  "yes it actually does".    The nail polish is that very shade of mauve I believe,  no summer nails can be without.  It's the sort of color that makes me happy just looking at it.   The rather odd thing about this polish is that it takes on a rather sickly gum drop just dropped in paint aroma when dry.
Color yes! Smell no!
