Miss Sveg - how I swoon for thee. Best known for her disconcerting indie movie roles (Larry Clark's KIDS) and equally objectionable taste in fashion but there is one thing we just can't fault - Chloe knows her assets & (mostly) works them to effect.
I've always admired her perilous journey into satorial risk-taking, because, like a good pair of heels she keeps you on your toes. But, it would seem even this fashion wild child has a safe place, a sort of style anchorage she returns to time & time again, because a wise-woman knows that when it works - it works! There is simply no escaping this woman in a pair of short shorts. I'll take the scalloped ones please.
