a goat named basil

It's not often I see something that I just HAVE to have but here we are...  this little basil goat just stole my heart!  Was feeling a bit over the whole jig saw stag above the fire place... 

I picked him up from Iko Iko (possibly one of my favorite stores in Welly) & now he's on my wall.  Or at least he was.  There has been an earthquake prediction for Wellington this afternoon.    The nature of my knick-knack obsession doesn't make for too many ground shaking exceptions so for now he's back in his box.  At least until after 4pm.  Madness.
