My favorite fingernail all-rounder O.P.I had no such color to boast in it's vast range, nor did any brand I could find. Humph, humph & so, I patiently waited - the very color a cross between sky blue & twink permanently etched in my minds eye, as no cerulean blue would do.
Some time damn near a another lifetime later, & whilst following a false lead across town, I randomly happened upon the precise shade. There it was, crouching unexpectedly between buff pink and coral punch & behold - it was the last one! Imagine my glee....
This shade of polish goes with just about anything.
